My problem never changed. it was always there with the same condition. I got three different answers and still, I have the SAME problem.

Every time I went I had to deal With DANIEL COLE who is very rude, unfriendly and doesn't care about your concerns on the car, and just want to take your money away. Don't there never and make sure that you don't have to deal with Daniel Cole.

Nice hospitality. The service was as expected and they give detailed report of the service. They even give you free ride to any place around after you drop off your car. The lounge is good with free coffee and snacks. They also gave a complimentary car wash.
Visit 3)There were some leaves in AC we took them it is ok now.
As a very disappointed Hyundai customer, I recommend you to stay away from Hyundai. Check Honda and Toyota or any car who provide a good customer service.
2015 Hyundai Accent with 31.000 miles
I had to take my care here every time for service since I moved to Charlottesville because it's the only one around this town.
(Very annoying buzz sound coming from AC)
After the second service, they send me an email for the survey. How was your service? I wrote about my problem, and I gave them 1 star(because they didn't fix it). They didn't accept my comment and send me another email. "We always contact our customers when they give us less than 5 stars. Somebody will call you soon, Thank you!"I was ok with that I just want my car fixed. After three weeks we couldn't wait anymore them to call us and we called Hyundai USA. They told us, we can see they didn't call you.It is not acceptable we will call them, and then, you call for another appointment. Ask them to rent a car for you they supposed to do that, 3 times not acceptable for the same problem, We will help them to fix your problem blaa blaa...Anyway, When we call Jim price, we felt we did something wrong.They were so rude. They didn't accept to rent a car and said there is a shuttle(they think the car is only to go Jim price and come back).
This is basically Hyundai's fault they don't inspect or check their dealers. They give "CERTIFIED" title and then leave it like that. Jim Price is a very bad place to deal. However, I don't have to deal with them. The car has a guarantee, I pay for it. Hyundai supposed to take care their customers.

I believe It is the best thing to do, do not to buy a Hyundai car until they realize that they don't sell tomato. They sell an expensive product. It is supposed to come with a good customer service.

Excellent staff. Love both of my Hyundais.
If you are going there first time, probably you will not agree with me. Especially who takes their car for the only oil change or something very easy to do.They look very professional. However, they are not. I went there THREE times for the same problem. They take my car in the morning and they call me evening your car is ready to pick up. I TAKE IT BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.
