Quick service both check out and check in. Pleasant staff, very polite. The vehicle needed more attention in regards to cleanliness and also the front right tire was 10 lbs low on air. Also the tags were expired.
The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing! They are affordable and reasonable with the prices for rentals. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to this facility to rent a vehicle!

I had to rent a car for 11 days for work. When I arrived there was a smile to greet me. The car was perfect and ready to go. I was in and out quickly! Upon return I was greeted with the same smile, but a different person! It was easy and the location is so much better than an airport. I'll be back.
Can be a very busy place and sometimes not much of a selection even if you have reserved a car you may end up with a truck. The staff is always pleasant and efficient. Cars are clean except for the inside glass which usually has a film on it which can be blinding driving into the sun. I have learned to carry towels and glass cleaner to clean the inside glass and outside mirrors. Cars may not always be full of gas which means you have to fill them up if you are going on a long trip. A little more work on the details and I could give them 5 stars.
