Flying in to Charlottesville Airport and receiving A-1 treatment at National Car Rental was outstanding. The Representative was very efficient and I enjoyed the recommendations she gave for the area for dining and entertainment.
This site does not have the Emerald Aisle program. But, since the lot is so close to the desk, it made the whole experience the equivalent of Emerald Aisle. The counter staff were over-the-top friendly. A very nice experience.
