It has everything you want n need. The customer service is awesome n overall, the people that work there are great. I appreciate that the most, they greet you with a smile, they are very helpful and it's nice when you can ask someone about something in any department and they kno what n where instead of calling the person that should be in that department. I personally feel at home. I can go there when I'm not comfortable going anywhere else. Every department deserves a nice raise.
Shelves empty.. lady walking around with her dog on a leash at the register. Cashier told me an item didn't have a price in it.. I explained to him NONE of those particular items had prices on them.. he looked at me for about 10 second then said " Oh, so sorry.." He then put the item aside and finished ringing my remaining items up. Needless to say.. he never called for a price check. I was checked out without the item! The place is also not clean in appearance. Fruits and veggies look horrible! So glad this isn't my local Walmart. I live in Silver Spring.. here on a business trip. Can't wait to go home!
Very dirty. Bathrooms are damaged and neglected. Items do not remain stocked. 85% of staff are unpleasant. I only go here if I absolutely have to. The customer service department is the worst of any store I've been in. Very slow, very lazy. Associates are disrespectful and give an attitude when they are expected to do their job. Picking up online purchases is a nightmare. Sales floor help is impossible to find.
Used the shop online and pick up service. It was great! They bring out and load into your car.
Nice place. Nice people. Clean faculties with good selection. Slow with check out though.
