The doctors here are just wonderful. Kind, professional and very adept at what they do. I'd rate this place five stars if they didn't have a ridiculous sign up front saying that they are "forced" to add a four dollar surcharge to all payments made with a card. That is utterly false. They are at most being charged $1-2 by the credit card companies for processing. It's also far less secure to pay by checks (which can easily be forged or deposited by the wrong party) and risky to carry cash, so they are essentially forcing their customers to pay for safer transactions.
I have to say, I think I have only written two reviews ever, but this time I feel that Dr. Murray gave me my life back. I lived in so much pain because of a Morton's Neuroma on my right foot, which I had for several years. I am a very active person, who works out everyday, rides bikes and love to hike, but the pain was so unbearable and caused so much anxiety even when doing simple chores at home that required for me to be on my feet. I had looked into surgery for cutting the nerves, but I did not like the side effects, which sounder worst than the neuroma pain. As a result, after many cortisone shots, and 6 shots to desensitize the nerve with alcohol, the podiatrist recommended cryo freeze. I went to Dr Murray and he performed the procedure, it was a simple procedure, with a very small incision that you don't even need stitches and are able to walk out of the office after it's done. I am now pain free, it's amazing, I can go all day on my feet and have no pain at all, no side effect. Thank you! This procedure is very common in the UK, but for some reason not in the U.S. I would highly recommend Dr. Murray and the cryo freeze for an optional method to get rid of Morton's Neuroma. I would have tried this several times, if it didn't work on the first trial. But lucky enough it worked the first time.
They should at least have the decency to admit that nobody is "forcing" them to charge extra - they're choosing to nickel and dime their customers.
