Absolutely terrible computer repair service. Why in the world would you wait three weeks to send a laptop in for repairs to the manufacturer when you already are a service center, especially when they told me they were just waiting for the part they ordered to arrive.From the monotone desk lady who always seems like she has something better to do to the incredibly lazy speed of repair this place isn't worth your time or money. For repairs just send it yourself to the manufacturer.

Do NOT buy any computers from Cavalier Computers. Like another reviewer said, these computers are filled with manufacturing errors. Mine crashed within 30 minutes of me using it, and this was AFTER the repair which took them two weeks to send to Apple. On top of that, they had the audacity to charge me $50 to send the laptop to my house because of their lack of product quality caused this issue to extend to the end of the year. If you honestly have so much money that is you'd be willing to spend it on such an incompetent, cheap and overall waste-of-space store as Cavalier Computers, go ahead, but I assure you that you are better of going to a Goodwill for a quality computer than this money hungry store. In the terms of their defunct warranty, this store is a full on LEMON! Have fun with the Apple Store reject brick that you will probably buy from this place!
Customer service was awful. Suggested a way of fixing my computer and lady working there completely disregarded my suggestion and proceeded to telling me that it was not fixable. Would definitely not recommend.
I've gotten 2 computers from here. The staff are nice and the prices are good if you are on the employee purchase program. on the downside they seem to give shipping dates they cant guarantee. Both of my items have come in after the dates listed. They should lie and say it will be longer of a wait when i order so i'm not expecting it by a certain point. 3/5 stars
