This company made my life so much easier.
First, the positive: the guys that come to the house are friendly and professional.
Secondly, they are familiar with their products and offered many different options for what I was looking for. Adding technology into your home is not easy and comes with a price tag but they had the job completed in a timely manner, worked with my budget and walked me through all of the "how to's". I even had one of the owners, Alex, call me to make sure I was becoming familiar with all my "smart" additions.
The negative: there is no "value-added" selling, i.e., we wanted "surround sound", and got it, but only when using our television, not roku, or any of the apps on the smart tv we had them purchase. What sense does that make? To get the surround on the rest is another $300 piece! At least ask the question up front.
Also a negative, we have since had issues with the surround sound cutting out, then all sound, and the surround in an upstairs location hasn't worked for a couple weeks now. Phone call coming up today!
One of my neighbors closed out on a really good sales year a few months ago. He treated himself to a full house upgrade of an crazy entertainment system. He had the whole place wired up max. I visited for a few minutes while the folks from this company were doing the installation. I was impressed. But then a few weeks later, I went over when it was all put together and was blown away. Such great sound! Jealous!
First of all the service is wonderful. The owners are from the area and very personable. The techs that worked in my home were knowledgeable and eager to do things the way I wanted them done.
Finally, I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will most definitely would not call anyone else for my technology needs. Thank you Prolink LLC.
