Amazing service, as always at Crutchfield. Went in for an optical audio cable to make a soundbar I bought at Costco work properly (I hoped) and came out with a pair of superior speakers that actually are compatible with my system. Sigh, should have gone to Crutchfield in the first place. I got accurate expert information from Teddy, who did not push me to buy anything. He simply explained why the Big Box Store advice was not accurate (which is why the soundbar wasn’t working) and which speakers would work. For the same price I now have glorious sound in my home. Everyone was very helpful in reaching a decision on the product that we chose. The sales person was very interested in explaining every aspect and in some cases doing it over and over. Not hurried and careful to get it right.
I found the TV I wanted on the Crutchfield website ( a Sony 43") and called the number provided. The person I spoke with (Buddy) confirmed it was in stock at the store and recommended I call the store to arrange to pick it up. I called the store and spoke with Paul Kavanagh who said he would have it ready as soon as I got there ( it was). After one call to Paul about a set up issue, I had the TV up and operating in 30 minutes. The entire process from talking to Buddy to having my new TV operating took only 2 hours. You can't beat responsiveness like that!
