Heinz is a great place for purchasing instruments and supplies, and is a great place for purchasing or renting live sound equipment. They always go above and beyond in their customer service,and are always ready to sit and talk through a problem or need. This is something the online retailers simply can't match.

Good service - exactly what I expected. I'm new to playing guitar adn I went in to restring my guitar and they did it quickly and well and were helpful in choosing new strings.
