Keith and Bill spent all afternoon in the hot sun diagnosing and fixing our well. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did! Thanks guys- you were great!!
Called these guys very late at night to deal with a mess. They came FAST and cleaned everything up and got everything unclogged. Came back the next morning and pumped the tank. I will call them next time. They appreciated my business and they did good work
they charged me an arm and a leg and didn't even fix the problem!
What a nasty unprofessional person I had to deal with. The first person quit on the job, who does that. The next person was so unprofessional and mean and nasty. Three months later I had to call back. Then I had to speak to the same nasty mean unprofessional person . I set up an appointment he gave me Tuesday or Thursday, when he did not show I called back on the following Friday,he said Tuesday 9-10. When he did not show I called him , he said well my truck broke down I don't have anything to drive, that's fine but you could have called me. The next morning he called me and said what's this about a pipe you have to pay me a deductible, I said if I have to pay you a deductible I will, he said I will be there late this afternoon, I asked what time because I have to work he said well I have to work too. I said well you have said that to me twice I need a time he said with that attitude I may not come at all. I said well the Warranty company can find another company, he said fine, find another company and hung up the phone.
