Replace it. It was the simplest repair ever. Ten minutes tops! Cut pecs pipe install new faucet and go. My client is an older woman on a fixed income and I was shocked at the price for this repair. $138.00!!!! I do wish I could charge like that for my services!
This is the worst customer service (i.e., there is none) I have ever experienced. I will be contacting the state licensing board, BBB, and any regional/local consumer bodies I can in addition to warning all family, friends, people on the street of how poor this company's behavior is.
Just want to share in my disappointment. I am a contractor in Charlottesville Virginia.
I called them up at around 4pm after I broke a pipe trying to do some DIY plumbing. They sent a repair crew out the next morning. The two gentlemen (Eric and Mike) who completed my plumbing job were extremely polite and professional. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I will use them again if I need a plumber.
Will not be calling them again.
