The technician was on time, courteous and got the job done quickly; being sure to clean up the area and made sure everything was perfect before leaving.
After the Tech left, I had to return to work, and followed him out of the neighborhood and onto Rt 250. While stopped at a red light, I noticed that the technician gave a homeless man a soda...a simple gesture, but one that really spoke to the character and kind-hearted people who work for Solutions Mechanical. I will definitely use them in the future for all my mechanical and plumbing needs!
Great HVAC and mechanical group. Had them re-do vent piping in our house, install all-new HVAC (furnace and a/c), and they're also going to re-pipe my entire house. Friendly, willing to answer (numerous) questions, and far more reliable than the vast majority of mechanical sub-contractors I've had to work with -- better pricing, too. Highly recommend!
If you are all considering this group to fix your plumbing needs consider no more call them they were amazing they were on time you could tell they really cared about my predicament their costs were much less than other companies and overall the best experience I've ever had with this type of issue. Whole process with this company was great. I was able to chat with a representative online to set up the appointment. The guy that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell anything I did't need. He even made sure his shoes were clean before coming in the house. Fixed my problem for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
