Surprisinglt pleasant. Called at 4:30am to go to the airport desperate since there were no Ubers or lyfts available. Phone dispatch is automated and I was weirded out by the fact that you verbally state your address and they confirm it, without an estimated pickup time. Reserved online as well since I wasn't sure it went through. Phone reservation came 18 minutes later and the online reservation arrived after I left.
Always late. I even call early. Tonight I called at 1am, it is currently 2:45am. The last time I took the service the fare was 14$. The previous 4 exact trips was only 9$. I wish there were more options.
Driver was wonderful, I was in a bind and they really helped me out and came in a very fast time. I appreciate her helping, she was awesome.
