I just bought my third Mazda from Flow Automotive. While I have always been happy with their sales and service, this time I was truly impressed. I had negotiated a price that was better than the other competitor I shopped. When I arrived at Flow to pick up the car, I discovered that the price was $150 LOWER! Further, they put on tags even though their quote had not included them. All with a smile and a handshake. They have truly under promised and over delivered. It is such a pleasure to buy a car and not feel battered and stressed or wondering if you got a good deal.

We have not bought a brand new car in 36 years. We were very apprehensive about taking this step. We did our research and decided that a Mazda was for us. We went to Flow because it was the nearest Mazda dealership. Ray Jordan was our salesman and he was fantastic. He showed us what we asked to see. He never tried to pressure us into anything. He was VERY knowledgeable about the cars we drove. We were there later in the evening on a Monday because we went to the dealership after work. He and George Hornsby stayed way past closing time in order to serve us. They made our transaction very easy and enjoyable. We were very pleased with the car and the price! We now have a cute, but sporty, candy-apple red Mazda3! We are very happy! I would highly recommend Flow Mazda of Charlottesville.

He was not only friendly and easy to work with, but thorough, making sure I understood every step of the process for both the sale and delivery. He went out of his way to make me aware of all my options and their inventory. I can, without hesitation, say that I would go back to this dealer again. Their product is great, but their customer service is even better. I like these guys in case you could not tell !
We came to Flow knowing that we wanted a new CX-5 and worked with Ray Jordan. He was really helpful in helping us decide exactly what configuration would work best for us. In addition, he was very knowledgeable about both the technical details of the car - an important fact for shopping engineers or other technically-minded folks. We've been really happy with the car; I even just had a question regarding the blind spot monitoring and Ray wrote me back very quickly with a solution.
