Depends on which part. Buying a vechial here is good. Having it serviced is not. Always about a 2 week wait for an appointment, even for a oil change. Took my Kia there for an issue I was having with head lights blowing , a.c. outlets not working up and down volume to radio not working correctly. This was 3rd time I took it for head light issue. Again, I was told same thing can't find the problem, but we ordered a switch for the radio still hasn't came in. I bought my Kia bran new from them with in 2 years I've replaced head lights 6 times but they can't find the problem. There answer to me is but there bulbs that come with a warranty. Wall so does Advance store. I'm not worried about the warranty on the light. I want to know why it keeps blowing. When picked vechial up this last time had greasy hand prints on door panel and grease on front seat.
Price Kia is the best! I recently bought my 2nd Sorento from them. I loved my 1st Sorento so much tha t I've driven it for 13 years. During that time I have used Price Kia's service department for all maintenace and repairs, which have been minimal. I've found the staff here, from service tech's to service managers to salesmen, to be pleasant, easy going, and helpful without ever being pushy. I expect my experience with my new car to be the same.
Excellent service. Called with details about the car I wanted. Received a call back the same day with information on a car that met all my criteria. Went out to the lot and was able to buy the car I wanted the same day. I was even in a hurry because I had to work a night shift and the staff was super helpful in getting me in and out in a timely fashion. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
