Not impressed. I've brought my JGC here 4 times in the last 6 months with AC/Heat issues and unless the computer can tell the technicians what's wrong, they won't do anything. Took it to another local place and they figured it out by using their actual knowledge of my car, year, make and model, to diagnose the issue. I do like that they offer loaners, though they usually don't have them so I have to call back over and over to find out when they do.
After visiting Umansky for the first time last week I must say that I am extremely disappointed. I do not feel that my issue with my Jeep was diagnosed properly. Upon completion of my diagnostic test I was informed I would need a new starter and after replacing that I am still having the same issue. I was hoping for a more comprehensive printout of what was tested since driving the vehicle is becoming a bit dangerous. I don’t think that it is anything major and could be a short or something electrical. It is frustrating with my time and costly as I was hoping for a comprehensive diagnosis. I just want a helpful solution to resolving my car’s issue. However, my experience with the courtesy shuttle service was outstanding.
Just moved to The area and Brown Chrysler was easy to please get me in and fix a oil leak in my van. The shuttle service and driver Houston where wonderful and took me home while my car was in for the day and no problem coming back to get me! I was very pleased with their service.
Fast and great service! Brandy was real great in setting me up with an appointment right away. They also provided me with a ride to and from work. When I picked up my vehicle, the technician came out and explained everything he did and gave me his honest opinion on questions I had. I would definitely go back to have them service my Jeep.
Great service department! Tim Baugher and his staff have always taken good care of me and seen the job through until I'm completely satisfied. I use to think that you always over paid by going to a dealership for service, but since buying my Jeep nearly five years ago, I found this is not the case. I can't tell you how often they have waved the charges - just because I'm a loyal customer. They know how to build and maintain good customer relations.
