We were shopping for a 2017 CR-V as long time Honda vehicle owners in two states, we know their safety and reliability. This was our 3rd dealership in our shopping experience looking for the best price and service. Kim the salesperson was professional and made the experience a pleasure as shopping for cars is akin to root canal. Mike the sales manager also spent quality time with us to make sure we were happy. Needless to say we are proud new owners of a 2017 CR-V and recommend you stop at Browns one more time to make the deal.
I dropped my car off at Brown Honda on Monday for a 15,000 mile service. When I went to pick it up after work, they kindly and very apologetically let me know that they hadn't gotten to it. They offered me some choices, a discount, and assurance that they would take better care of me in the future. And you know what? I believe them. Things happen. They couldn't have been kinder or handled it better. It wasn't an ideal situation, but good customer service goes a long way!!
Recently bought a new Honda Odyssey through Stephen Young. Great experience from start to finish. Highly knowledgeable about the product and committed to making sure we understood all of our options. He even arranged a back to back test drive of a competing product. The product could have sold itself but the process was much easier with Steve guiding us through. Will buy my next car there.
I was scheduled for a first 5000 mile inspection and oil change with Brown Honda. The entire service appointment was timely, courteous and efficient. I received an email 4 days prior as a reminder of the appointment. On arrival, the car was immediately taken for service and I was told it would be approximately 45 mins. A call was received on my cell phone no later than the estimated time that the service was completed. The service staff had my bill prepared and reviewed it with me.. On leaving a car had blocked me from driving out. I went back in to ask about it and a staff person took care of that immediately. The entire visit could not have been with better service.. I will happily continue to have Brown Honda as my service department.
Brown Honda always gives me great service and value. Everyone on the team is top notch! The shuttle service is useful and easy. The advisors are friendly and helpful. No complaints!
