I took my car for a recall last Saturday and the weekend service advisor Dave was very polite and honest : He checked with the technicians and told me that it was not possible for them to fix the problem on a Saturday since there was not many technicians available , but quickly offered to take care of my car on Friday (11/3/17) at 9:30 AM. Today I took my car and from the moment I was received by Ms. Darcey , it was a great experience which I haven't felt in a long time with the previous dealership! Darcey is also an absolute professional , who knows her job very well like Dave. She is an amazing professional ! She checked all the details of the complaints and made sure that my service was done . The Subaru Technician Mr. Ray went above and beyond to fix the problems that I had mentioned earlier . Mr .Ray is a thorough professional who is most dependable and trust worthy. My Salute to this wonderful team of professionals ! Thank you Dave, Darcey,and Mr.Ray Morris for your excellent customer service!
Buying a car can be tedious and anxiety inducing, especially for someone who knows so little about cars and I was hesitiant to buy a car from a dealership for these very reasons. The moment I walked in and met Shannon, I felt comfortable. She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and listened to me every step of the way. She didn't try to push me on stuff I didn't want and she put me at ease during the process. I don't know if I would have bought a car without meeting her. If you're like me, please check our Shannon. Buying my new Subaru was awesome! The sales staff went above and beyond to help find me the exact vehicle that I was looking for. My salesman Brian Pope explained all of the features of the car, and even impressed me with the new starlink system. If you are looking at a Subaru, I highly recommend Brian! My financing was fast and easy and my paperwork took all of about 10 minutes. Ryan Miller was great at explaining all of the numbers! My vehicle was detailed sparkling new and filled with a full tank of gas when I was ready drive away. The experience was A plus and I will absolutely be servicing my vehicle here! I had a wonderful experience with Brown Subaru. I worked with Shawn who was very knowledgeable and responsive but not pushy at all. Not your typical high pressure salesman which I really appreciated. I shopped around to get the best deal and they said they would match it, which they did without any hassle at all. I would definitely recommend Brown Subaru to family and friends!!
Purchased my first new car (Crosstrek) from a different dealer. Love the car! I typically perform my own oil changes but decided to take it to a dealership, being a new car and all. First oil change, great experience! Great affordable price too with the express offering. Second oil change, still good. Third oil change I end up waiting a lot longer than usual. Then I get an update from service that they are having difficulty getting the drain plug out so it will be a bit longer. This concerns me as it makes sense to have difficulty on the 1st oil change ever but not the third. Either the last tech who did the 2nd oil change did something wrong or the current one doing my 3rd oil change did something wrong. Then they try to bill me for the new drain plug, however they ended up running it under warranty after I explained this is the 3rd oil change ever (15000 miles on car) and I've only taken it to them. So I'm due for my 4th oil change and I decided to have my husband (who is an equipment mechanic) do it for me. Turns out the tech rounded off the head on this drain plug! If they struggle this much with a basic oil change than I'd hate to see how they are on bigger jobs. Definitely won't be taking my 2017 Crosstrek to them again!
