Once at my autobody destination, he did make sure to let me know that A1 is a full service shop and that in the future I could have my car towed to them and keep all work in-house. I really appreciated that he let me know this after the fact for next time instead of trying to potentially up-sell me to A1's full range of services while I was trying to take care of the situation at hand. Even if the service hadn't been stupendous (which it was) that alone would make me patronize them again in future - this company has their customer in mind.
The gentleman who helped us was great! I called and explained what had happened and he "came to our rescue!" For such a stressful situation, he made it so easy! Fast and friendly!

11/25/17 - I called Agron around 3:30pm. It turned out he was in my area, around 5 minutes away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made a potentially stressful situation really quick and easy. He saved my wallet (as the towing fee was extremely fair) and my day!
