I drive a 1990 VW Westfalia that is my baby, and I'm skeptical about who I let work on the body of my car. A good friend recommended that I go to B&W for some cosmetic work I wanted done. I seriously could not be more satisfied with the work they did. The entire experience from start to finish went well. Charlie and his team are cool, kind, fair, knowledgeable, and skilled. B&W was amazing. From the second I walked in the door and started talking with Charlie, the owner, I felt right at home. I explained the damage to my car and told him I had some budget concerns. He gave me the estimate for the "textbook" repair and then told me my options that could get my car back in business without breaking the bank. He really took care of me even though it probably made him sick to think it wasn't perfect. (but btw my bumper looks perfect - they are magicians over there). Also, the turnaround time! It took all of 6 hours for them to tell me I could pick up my car in the morning. These guys are great, local, in the community people who take care of you. Will go back time and time again (but hope I wont have to!)
Perfection! Be prepared for friendly excellent customer service. Attention to detail makes this a must for luxury cars. Takes a while for repairs but expect quality work worth the wait. What an honest business, it's like having a friend that you can trust.
