I've been taking my car here ever since they opened and have always received excellent and honest service for a fair price. At this point I would not take my car anywhere else for service. Because they do such great work they're extremely busy and it can take a while to get an appointment but it's well worth it.

Just concluded my first visit to ByWordOfMouthAuto and was amazed by the outstanding customer treatment. I knew they were going to be very busy based on a call from earlier in the week, but CJ invited me to stop by to have diagnostic codes read/reset. When I arrived CJ and Matthew immediately began taking information and assessing the problem. I was expecting maybe 10 minutes of assessment then set up an appointment for next week, but Matthew proceeded from diagnosis to resolution, which took about an hour of unscheduled service on the day before a holiday. Awesome. I have finally found a home for auto service.
