Allied Auto repair is always honest, flexible and has great prices. I do not take my car anywhere else because I have got ripped off by several independent mechanics in Charlottesville. Allied Auto Repair is definitely a hidden gem among all the auto repairs on seminole trail. They have fantastic customer service - they explain everything including what's going on with the vehicle, what they did to make it right, and what I should keep an eye on in the future. And everyone is so friendly. The didn't charge anything for inflating my tire. I will definitely come back if I have any problems with my car in the future!
I absolutely LOVE Allied Auto. They are always honest and they do great work. Prices are reasonable, and the customer service is great. I have been going to them for two years now. They have worked on my car and I took a truck I wanted to buy to them to check out before I bought it and that was the best choice I could have ever made. He found a few things wrong with the truck and fixed it for me for a great price. I highly recommend them!!
If you're looking for a small, local shop where they treat you like a person rather than a job, look no further. I was quoted $1200 in repairs to pass inspection from a corporate shop; after looking it over, Allied said they would do it for almost $300 less. They walked me through every step of the process, and showed me what repairs they were making to show I was getting what I paid for. Fantastic people, great prices, and well worth every penny.
