It is such a refreshing experience to find someone who really stands behind their products and puts the customer first. We had a horrible experience with them when the academic year started here in Charlottesville. This company takes advantage of the customera charging extra delivery fees when you return a bad-quality mattress. We spent around 200$ just for testing their bad quality mattress for three days. Even though you do not like their products, they charge you for that. Very disappointing!!
