This was my first visit to the Center, and I was there for a simple state inspection, which was completed efficiently and thoroughly. That alone doesn't warrant the 5-stars, but what I witnessed while there does. First off, Tommy greeted me immediately as I entered; he was friendly and helpful, and took my information right away. A while later, another customer entered and asked about an inspection. The shop was near closing and was unable to assist the customer. Shawn offered to have the customer come back the next day, but the customer really wanted to try and get it done that evening. Instead of just saying, "sorry we can't help you", Shawn took customer service to the next level. He got on the phone and called three other service centers to see if any of them could take the customer in for an inspection the same evening - the customer hadn't asked for this but Shawn took the initiative to have him wait a moment while he called the other shops. Additionally, I observed another employee taking time to help a customer simply loosen up her seatbelt that was stuck. Clearly this service center cares as much about truly taking care of their customers as they do about performing the actual repair work. I'll be going back to this shop again.
Very professional and honest mechanics . Shawn Jenkins is very kind and always on his game. I will recommend this shop to my friend.
Excellent service and very honest mechanics. They don't try to frighten you into getting unnecessary work done. Note however, hours are different from what website says
We have been customers here for several years, with lots of different cars. Other than the few times we have needed body repair or something required by the dealer, we will only trust these guys! Shawn, Mike, Tommy and the rest of the team are soooo honest and knowledgeable that we recommend them to everyone we know. They are like having a great dentist...they make something you would typically dread into a positive experience every time!
Got my brake pads replaced and then my car developed a loud squeal when braking. Called to bring it up there and was told I'd have to wait at least a couple of hours before they could even look at it. Not really my idea of great customer service to wait so long to rectify a problem they created. Definitely will not be returning.
