Already loved these guys but had not written a review. I was moved to do so after I had to use a different shop north of town as that was where my car dealer had negotiated a special rate and the car was not drivable. Wow! 4 days later I am still waiting for my car and a follow up call - this is after I walked in on day 2 to see what the heck was going on and was told they should be working on it that afternoon! Thomas Wheel are always polite, communicative and the best prices in town. I was already a pretty loyal customer but after trying another shop I am completely dedicated!

It's amazing what politeness, fair pricing, and quality service will do for a business. Ask anyone who knows Thomas Wheel Alignment, and they will rave about it. I tried them out for the first time about a month ago and could not have been happier. One of the ladies in the office looked up several pages of print outs of tires that fit my car. I asked her to make a recommendation based on how many tires they sell of each brand. She went down the list giving me pros and cons of each tires within my prices range. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, she pointed out some quality tires I could afford and let me make the decision. To top it off, the price was extremely fair and I was surprised when they called me a day earlier than I had expected to inform me my car was ready. I couldn't pick it up that day and the lady on phone told me it was totally fine to leave it there until I could come by.
Have been using their services for years! Fantastic people, and their work is top notch.
